We welcome our guests every month of the year.
How many rooms does your hotel consist of?
There are a total of 21 rooms in our hotel, including 15 Deluxe, 5 Suite, and 1 Tower Suite.
What is the difference in room size between room categories?
Deluxe rooms are approximately 40m2, Suite rooms are approximately 65-70m2, Tower Suite rooms are 100m2. All rooms are for 2 people. 1 extra bed can be placed in Deluxe rooms whereas it is 2 for Suite and Tower Suite rooms.
Do you have a twin or connecting room?
Our 5 Deluxe rooms have a twin bed option.
We have 1 connecting Deluxe room called Deluxe-Deluxe and 4 connecting Suite rooms called Suite-Deluxe.
Do all the rooms have a vineyard view?
All our rooms have a charming view of the vineyard.
Does the hotel serve as bed&breakfast?
Our hotel serves as bed&breakfast. For some periods, we also offer half board and full board packages. You can get information from the relevant Guest Services.
What are Hotel Caeli check-in and check-out times?
Check-in 14.00 / Check-out 12.00
Can I do early check-in and late check-out?
We are able to assist our guests upon availability. However, there is an additional 50€ fee for check-out after 16.00.
How can I book a room?

Can I book more than one room from different/same categories?
You can book more than one room.
We would like to point out that if you book more than 5 rooms, discounted special group prices are applied.
Is breakfast included in the price? Is breakfast an all-you-can-eat buffet or a mixed breakfast?
Breakfast is included in the price and is served as a mixed breakfast.
Do you accept children? Do children stay for free?
We accept children. Only children aged 0-6 accommodate free of charge. For our guests aged 6 and over, you can get information by calling 0286 854 83 36 or by sending an e-mail to stay@caeli.com.tr
Do you provide baby/babysitting services?
We regret that we do not have a care service, but we would like to state that we do have a playground for children over 6 years old.
Is there a crib in your hotel? Is there an additional fee?
We regret to inform you that there is no baby crib in our hotel. We do not charge additional fees for baby cribs.
How many stars is your hotel?
Our hotel is a boutique hotel serving in the luxury segment.
What is your cancellation policy?
For reservations made directly with the hotel, over the phone, or via e-mail, the entire fee is refunded for cancellations up to 7 days before the check-in date. There is no cancellation/refund/postponement option for reservations within the last 7 days.
Are there artworks in your hotel?
There are more than 35 works of art in the interior of the hotel, in its garden, in the SPA area, and inside some of the rooms.
Are the artworks in your hotel being sold?
The unique artworks in our hotel are not sold.
Is there a winery and tasting tour? What is the fee?
We have winery and tasting tours. We recommend you book the winery tour, as the schedule may change in case of high demand. Winery and tasting tours are free for the guests who accommodate the hotel. The guests coming from outside the hotel can reach us by calling 0286 854 83 36 and get information.
How long do the winery tour and wine tasting take?
The winery tour and wine tasting take approximately 1 hour.
Are your wines and olive oils sold at Hotel Caeli?
Our hotel sells wine and olive oil as retail sales.
If I order wine and olive oil, is it possible to receive them by cargo?
We can send your wine and olive oil orders by cargo. For detailed information, please send an e-mail to stay@caeli.com.tr.
Do you organize a vineyard tour?
We do not organize vineyard tours. Our guests can discover the unique vineyards surrounding our hotel during their walks. We have an accommodation package that includes a vineyard tour only during the vintage period.
Since the packages are updated every year, you can get detailed information about them from Guest Services.
When is the vintage period?
The vintage period begins approximately in mid-August and ends in mid-October every year.
Is there an area where we can walk?
There is a professional walking track on the tartan surface of 1.2 km around our hotel. The track offers a unique experience for our guests in the vineyards, nature, and artworks.
Do you accept pets?
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept pets.
Do you have a meeting room available?
We have a meeting room. You can get information about the packages of meeting experience at the winery by calling 0286 854 83 36 or by sending an e-mail to stay@caeli.com.tr
Is smoking allowed in your hotel?
Our rooms are non-smoking. However, since all our rooms have a balcony, our guests can smoke on their balconies.
Is there Wi-Fi in your hotel?
Our hotel has free Wi-Fi for our guests.
Do you have air conditioning in your rooms?
All our rooms have air conditioning.
Are there fireplaces in the rooms?
There is no fireplace in our rooms, but there is a fireplace at Art Bar & Lounge.
Do all bathrooms have bathtubs?
Only our Tower Suite rooms have a French bathtub.
Does your kitchen serve 24 hours?
Our kitchen serves until 22:00 in the evening.
Is there a SPA center in the hotel? If yes, what does it contain?
We have a 700 m2 specially designed SPA Caeli by Caudalie center in our hotel. You can relax physically and mentally and rest your soul in the indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, steam bath, adventure showers, shock pool, massage, and skin care rooms.
Is a reservation required for massage and treatment?
Since we have two therapists in our SPA center, we recommend booking the massage and treatment in case of congestion.
Do you accept guests outside the Hotel for the pool?
Only our guests accommodating in the Hotel benefit from the pool and SPA Caeli by Caudalie.
Is the pool a thermal pool?
Our pool is a heated pool, not thermal.
Is there a safety deposit box in the rooms?
All our rooms have a safety deposit box.
Is there a parking area?
Yes, there is a parking area, you can use it free of charge.
Do you have a tour of the Martyrdom, Troy, Assos? Is transfer provided?
At Hotel Caeli, we do not organize tours/transfers. However, according to the demands of our guests, we refer you to professional tourist guides and transfer companies.
What is your distance to Çanakkale Airport?
The transportation from Çanakkale Airport to Hotel Caeli is 22 km and a ferry is required.
What is your distance to Kabatepe Beach?
The distance between Hotel Caeli and Kabatepe is 16.6 km. It takes about 20 minutes by car.
I will come from Istanbul - Izmir - Bursa. How long will the road to your hotel take?
Istanbul is 303 km away, approximately 3 hours 50 minutes
Izmir is 340 km away, approximately 5 hours and 10 minutes (Ferry ia required)
